About HERI Africa
The HERI Africa Research Chair in Mathematics Education is a research and capacity-building initiative focused on improving mathematics learning outcomes in Kenya. The Chair brings together researchers, teacher educators, policymakers, and practitioners to generate evidence, strengthen mathematics teaching, and support early-career scholars. It also promotes collaboration to advance mathematics education research across Kenya and Africa.
