An online application window opens once each academic year, run by the Office of the Dean of Students. Applications are assessed on need, and support covers fees and, separately, meals. This is separate from the University’s Endowment Fund, which invests permanent capital rather than making annual awards.

HELB, CDF, scholarships, exchange programmes and other financial aid are also handled through the Dean of Students office. HELB officials visited campus on 3 September 2026 to help new students with loan applications.
