Why this page needs more than two PDFs
An organisation chart delivered only as a flat PDF cannot be read by a screen reader, cannot be searched, does not respond to a phone screen, and goes stale silently because nothing on the page says when it was drawn.
This build treats the organogram as structured content: a chart rendered on the page, with a downloadable PDF beside it for printing, and a stated revision date. The rendered version is held until the Registry confirms the current structure, because a chart is only useful if it is right.
The governance organogram is served over plain HTTP on the live site and has been rewritten to HTTPS here. Neither PDF carries a revision date, so a reader cannot tell whether the chart reflects the acting appointments currently shown in Management.
